Today was 'Hats on for Mental Health' Day and our class was full of fun hats.

We listened to an online story called 'My Magic Breath' and it was all about how we can use our breath to make our happy moment even happier. We learned we can use our magic breath and happy thoughts when we feel sad, worried, angry or frustrated. We talked about some things we think about that make us happy. Some of thoughts we came up with:
