We started with a discussion about what was different in our classroom today. Many noticed that we now have a kitchen center and a big block center which is very exciting and some noticed we no longer have a sand table. Even the fact that Blueberry Squirtel Bubbles home was a little different with a blue and purple plant instead of the previous green one.
We watched a slideshow of photos from our field trip last week and we loved seeing ourselves and our friends in the photos. It reminded us of all the fun things we did. We remembered how we made mixtures, laid on a nail bed, drank water from a toilet, made music in various ways and even climbed up the very tall slide. We all drew a picture in our visual journals of our favourite activity we did and labeled it.

We ended the day with gym and practiced our throwing skills.
On Wednesday last week we did some more more art inspired by the book 'Beautiful Oops', we made our own oops with a blob of paint and turned it in to something else :)
Reminder: Friday is the last day to order yearbooks, for those who have not ordered I have forms to go home tomorrow. All you need to do is send in $30 (cash or cheque) either tomorrow ad I can check off the form or along with the form before Friday.
